1、用壓縮空氣或手動吹風機吹凈電動機內(nèi)部灰塵、電刷粉末等，鏟除塵垢雜物。

2、撤除與電動機銜接的全部接線，用絕緣電阻表丈量繞組對機座的絕緣電阻。若小于0.5MΩ時，應進行烘干處理，丈量合格后再將撤除的接線康復。

自動涼茬機換向器的表面是否光亮，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有機械損害或火花灼痕要進行必要的處理。

4、查看電刷是否嚴峻損壞，刷架的壓力是否恰當，刷架的方位是否坐落符號的方位。

5、依據(jù)自動涼茬機電動機銘牌查看直流電動機各繞組之間的接線方法是不是正確，電動機額定電壓與電源電壓是否相符，電動機起動設備是否符合質(zhì)量要求，是不是完好無缺。
